Well this week was a total fail. I got injured on Tuesday. Doctor said it was a pinched nerve that ran from my left shoulder muscle, behind my ear and all the way to my left temple. She said I should not put any strain on it so that meant I was unable to workout till it got better. Luckily it got better by Sunday and can now workout. I have to make up for lost time now though.

Weekends: Basketball 

Started my weight loss journey last Monday and after one week I have lost 11 pounds. For the first time in a long time I feel accomplished. The Insanity workouts are TOUGH but nothing I shouldn’t be able to handle after week 2. I changed the Insanity calendar to free up weekends because there is no room in this apartment  during Saturday and Sunday. However, I accommodate for that by adding basketball so I have some sort of exercise.

I don’t know how to cope with death
3 people have passed away from my dad’s side in about 5 months
My aunt, grandpa and grandma
I don’t know what it is I should be feeling Sadness? Anger? Disbelief?
I just don’t know and I don’t know if that is normal
